After purchasing a stunning family home at Warwick Road in Solihull, our clients wanted to ensure they had a security system that could withstand even the most prepared intruders. It was also important that this system could be integrated with other home systems such as video distribution and heating control.

Security & Automation

By installing a grade 3 intruder alarm system and 7 CCTV cameras, every angle of this property is armed with a sophisticated and robust security system. 

Paired with Control4 automated twin-gate access and intercom, our client can survey and control any aspect of the system whilst at home using the in-wall touchscreens or a mobile/tablet device whilst working or on holiday. 

To ensure this system is constantly performing to the highest standards, we installed a high-spec WiFi mesh covering the entire property with no dead spots or frustratingly slow speeds. This is especially important as we also installed 18 zones of 4k video distribution and 24 zones of high-resolution audio distribution.

Project details

With mood lighting control across the whole property integrated with all of the above-mentioned components, this project is a great example of how scaleable home automation can be.
