With a 9.1.4 surround sound specification, this home cinema room was designed bespoke from the floor upwards.
Finished to a luxury specification, even the cupholders were coated in gold to match the light switches and door handles.
CONTROL4 AND DESIGN
Our client selected Control4 to integrate this cinema room, giving seamless control over the acoustically transparent motorised masking screen.
When you press play, our systems detect what aspect ratio you’re watching and automatically change the screen accordingly. This is just one of the many clever ways Control4 can be deployed in this room.
The acoustic treatment effect was created by using a three-layer timber frame, inlaid with golden troughs. This gives the room a warm glow and masks the Artcoustic speakers.
Project details
Tailored to our client’s needs, we hid our AV equipment in the bespoke cabinetry at the front of the room. This bespoke cabinetry is paired with custom Buster and Punch door handles, which have the same finish as our light switches.
