A little bit about Rako…

As you’d imagine, Rako have got all the basics right but where they outsmart other offerings is through quick and effortless installation. This mean we here at jooced can provide all the benefits of a sophisticated lighting control system but without the hassle of re-wiring.
Rako modules can be quickly and easily installed into any environment, domestic or commercial, from hotel bedrooms and function rooms to restaurants and churches.
Put simply, Rako has no limits.
The Rako system comprises a number of modules designed for different types of lighting loads including low voltage halogen, LED, fluorescent and tungsten.
As well as being able to control lighting systems there are modules for controlling curtains, blinds and motors as well as a Timeclock module to enable whole house control.
The system operates on a low frequency wireless signal which is robust and easy to install and set up. Once installed the system can be programmed either at each individual switch plate or through a software programme run from a PC.
The switch plates can be configured according to the number of circuits and can also incorporate AV control if required.
A learning remote can be used to capture the programme for more sophisticated projects. A free iPhone application can also be used to provide remote control of the system.
